Does it hurt?
The welding process is quick and painless.
What if I need to remove it?
You can use a pair of scissors or jewelry cutters to remove your bracelet. We suggest clipping the bracelet at the jump ring. This will allow you the ability to get the bracelet re-welded later.
Does it cost to get my bracelet re-welded?
Yes, there is a $25 re-welding fee. As long as your bracelet is still fully intact (undamaged and un-stretched) and clipped at the jump ring, we can re-apply your infinity bracelet.
Is this real gold?
Yes, we are offering solid 14k gold bracelets. If you have ever had an allergic react to 14k gold, we do not recommend getting sparked.
